Do you want to find services and activities for you and your family in your community?
We have two directories which contain all you need to find information about childcare, out-of-school clubs, sports and other activities, carer’s support and help at home.
The Family Information Directory is split in to two parts. The first contains information about a range of Ofsted registered childcare available across the county including childminders, pre-schools and nurseries, and out-of-school care. The second allows you to look for local activities for children and young people such as sports, clubs and uniform groups. There’s information on things to do with your children, support services for families, and organisations specifically supporting children with additional needs.
Whether you need to know what’s going on in your area, about care and support at home, getting out and about, volunteering, or if you need health or housing advice it’s in the Devon Community Directory, along with all kinds of other information.
You can browse organisations on the Directory through categories, or search for services by keyword or by location. Local organisations and individuals can post information about the services they provide and how these can be accessed.
Ive popped along to your Devon community directory and unfortunately have discovered your pictures indicating certain services aren’t labelled for screen reader users. The screen reader just announces the pictures as links followed by links followed by links, as you can imagine this is very difficult to distinguish the difference between them when they’re all labelled the same. please feel free to email me if you would wish to have further detail.
