Emergency work is currently taking place near the Park and Ride site on Honiton Road in Exeter.

Following a cable fault on one of the principle mains electrical supplies into Exeter, Western Power Distribution started repairs overnight last night (Thursday 15 September) on the A3015, between the roundabout and Fitzroy Road, at the traffic light controlled bus exit from the Honiton Road Park & Ride site.

Excavation is confined to one side of the road (inbound side to Exeter) so the road is temporarily one way inbound for through traffic, and it is currently closed to outbound traffic. Access is available to all the business on Honiton Road.

The diversion for outbound traffic is the B3181 Hill Barton Road, Pinhoe Road, Cumberland Way and Ambassador Drive which brings traffic back out to the A3015 Honiton Road/Moor Lane roundabout.

The work is due to be completed on the morning of Tuesday 20 September.
