Overnight closures on Bridge Road

Overnight closures on Bridge Road in Exeter will continue next week.

The closures will be in place from 8:30pm to 5:30am from Monday 24 July to, and including, Thursday 27 July for ongoing surfacing and lining work.

Resurfacing is also being carried out during the remaining night-time closures this week, from 8:30pm to 5:30am tonight (Thursday 20 July) and from 10pm Friday (21 July) to 5am Saturday morning.

All of the work is weather dependent and may have to be cancelled at short notice.

The diversion route during the closures will be signed via Topsham Road, Alphington Road, Marsh Barton and the A379. Details of the diversion route are available here.

Pedestrians and cyclists will be able to access Bridge Road during the closures via temporary paths. They are advised to take care and follow the site signage and any instructions from site staff.
