Devon County Council has revealed its budget is in the black again at the end of the 2018/19 financial year
More money will be spent on children’s services, adult social care and roads in Devon, according to the county council’s proposed new budget.
Devon’s children’s services are set for a financial boost of more than £11.5 million.
