North Devon builder sentenced for fraud

Leonard Eastwood, 60, of Royston Road, Bideford, trading as LE Gardens and Patios and Ocean View Paving, pleaded guilty to the charges on Tuesday June 18 at Barnstaple Magistrates Court.
